Through your generous support, students are able to participate in field trips, enrichment programs and other events that make Lake Otis a great place for children to learn.

    After filling out your PTA Membership Form, please send it to the Lake Otis school office.  

    If you are paying cash for your membership, please make sure it is for the exact amount.  The office is not able to make change.
