Pending Challenges

    • Books on this list are currently in the District-level challenge process.
    • Challenges are for a single item, and challengers may only have one item before the committee at a time.
    • The Review Committee shall make a decision and summarize its findings in a written report within 30 workdays of the committee receiving the challenge form.
    • The Review Committee meets September-May.

     

Completed Challenges: February 2022-Present

    • In alignment with Adminstrative Regulation 6144(a), revised in February 2022, books on this list have completed the District-level challenge process.
    • Material that has completed the review and appeal process will not be subject to additional reconsideration for 36 months.
