The registrar at Mears is Hayley Adams-Kelly. She is the first person that you will see when you enter the main entrance of our building. Mrs. Adams-Kelly is also in charge of attendance. She can be reached at the Mears main phone number, 742-6400. The direct line to Mrs. Adams-Kelly's desk is 742-6404.

Online registration

Online registration is available if your child is returning to any school in the Î÷Ê©Ö±²¥APP School District. Online registration is done through . More information and translated registration forms are available from the district's Enrollment - Registration page. Please call Mears at 742-6400 if you need a copy of your Parent PIN number or password to login to Q. There is also a retrieve your login/password link on the Enrollment - Registration page.

New to the District? 

 The online pre-enrollment process for students who are new to the district is available on the district's  Enrollment website starting July 15th, 2024. Information, such as a list of requirements, forms, and documents needed, can be found on the New-to-District page. All forms may also be downloaded. The website and forms are available in English, Hmong, Korean, Samoan, Spanish, and Tagalog.

In-person registration

Register in-person at Mears in August. Specific dates and times to be announced.

Computers and staff members will be available to help families register for school in August. Watch for the announcement of specific dates and times. There is still construction work being done at Mears. Please follow the signs for parking and for the building entry doors.

Students who are not registered for school by August 16th may not have a full schedule of classes on the first day. Don't worry, counselors will work with those students to create a full schedule.
