Spring Hill is proud to offer free breakfast and lunch for all students. Students who are tardy, please sign-in at the office and let us know if you need a hot lunch!

School-Family Compact
Spring Hill Elementary and the families of the students participating in activities, services, and programs funded by Title I, Part A of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), agree that this compact outlines how families, the entire school staff, and students will share the responsibility for improving student academic achievement and the means by which the school and families will build and develop a partnership that will help students achieve the State’s high standards.
This compact is in effect during school year 24-25.
Student Responsibilities
As a STUDENT, I will…
- Attend School every day on time
- Actively participate in class, ask questions, and do my best
- Respect the right of others to learn without distraction or disruption.
- Respect and cooperate with all adults in the school
- Work hard and complete my assignments to the best of my ability
- Read every day at home
- Be kind to other students and solve my problems peacefully
- Follow all school rules
Parent Responsibilities
As a PARENT/GUARDIAN, we will:
- Ensure my student attends school every day on time
- Ensure my student has a regular bedtime and gets a good night of sleep
- Provide a regular time and place for my students to read everyday and complete homework
- Check my students’ grades in Q and reach out to the teacher with concerns
- Monitor and supervise my student’s use of technology and online activity
- Actively participate in parent meetings
- Work with my students in kindergarten, first, and second grade on their letters and sounds
- Read to my student and talk about the story
- Maintain positive and supportive relationships with teachers and the school community
School Responsibilities
As a TEACHER, I will
- Be prepared and organized for all lessons
- Monitor students’ progress and provide support to individuals
- Provide a calm, positive, and organized learning environment
- Model and teach positive social skills
- Consistently communicate with families and share celebrations and concerns
- Build positive relationships with all students
- Honor the cultural background of every student and family
- Maintain high expectations for all students
