  • Eagle River High School opened its doors to students in the fall of 2005.

The school building, an award-winning design by USKH, sits nestled between Eagle River and the Chugach Mountain Range. Eagle River High School is the smallest comprehensive high school in the Î÷Ê©Ö±²¥APP School District. Home to around 850 students and 70 staff members, Eagle River High offers a full range of sports, activities, music, art, and Advanced Placement classes.

We pride ourselves on the intimate feel of our school and the strong relationships that exist between students, staff, and the community as a whole. The students and staff of Eagle River strive for excellence in all areas, but none more so than academics. We have received high marks both for our graduation rate and the number of our students who continue on to higher education.
