Online Sports Sign-up

All sports sign-ups are online:
- Complete Athletic Forms (for sports) or Activity Forms (for activities) in both the Parent and Student Planet HS accounts.
- Pay the fee online through your QParentConnect account. The fee for the 24-25 school year is $225/sport with a fee cap after three sports (please let Ms. Huffer know if your student has met that cap).
- Forward your receipt to the Activities Clerk huffer_joyce@asdk12.org; she will reply letting you know if your athlete is eligible or what may be missing.
- Once verified, your athlete must go to the Activities Office for a "Golden Ticket."

Admission Prices for Games:
General Admission - $8.00
Middle School Students/Senior Citizens (65+) - $5.00
Military - $5.00
Elementary/Preschool children - FREE when accompanied by a parent
Students with Activity Stickers - FREE
- Activity Stickers cost $50.00 and will allow students with an activity sticker into all ASD athletic contests (including those at non-ASD locations). Activity stickers will NOT admit students to region tournaments.
- Refunds for activity stickers for students leaving the school in the first semester only will be $20.
- Stickers may be purchased in the second semester for $30.

To watch games in the ERHS gym or stadium from home:
- Log onto the NFHS NETWORK and sign up for a subscription.

Activity Bus:
JBER Activities bus will leave ERHS at 5:40 PM beginning August 19.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Athletes must be enrolled in at least 5 ASD classes to participate in sports
- Quarter/Semester grades will be verified for a 2.0 GPA minimum & 5 classes passed. If you are a student who is homeschooled it is your responsibility to bring in your official transcript and official class schedule.
- Seniors who are on track to graduate (have at least 17.5 credits) may enroll in 4 classes and still be eligible.
You must complete the eligibility process with the Activities Office before you are allowed to begin practice with any team. Once all forms have been completed and fees paid, please email Mrs. Huffer @ Huffer_Joyce@asdk12.org with the student’s name and a copy of the payment receipt to finish the process
