Welcome Class of 2028!
A Welcome from South Administrative Team:
Dr. Luke Almon, Principal
Welcome to South Î÷Ê©Ö±²¥APP High School!
At South, we pride ourselves on a positive, team-oriented environment, and seek to provide students with the opportunity to work hard, develop resilience, and fulfill their potential. Part of that process is giving students a chance to follow both an academic and extra-curricular pathway throughout their high school years. That may consist of the arts, music, debate, engineering, ROTC, clubs, volunteer programs, and athletics. No matter the course, we encourage all students to find something about which they are passionate, and a group of students and supportive adults with whom they can pursue it.
Ms. Natalie Foley, Freshman Academy Principal
Ms. Jocelyn Hemenway, Curriculum Principal
Greetings from the Curriculum Office! The South Î÷Ê©Ö±²¥APP Counseling Team is excited that you are an incoming Wolverine! Our office provides the following: Student Registration, Academic and Career Counseling, Class Schedules, State Testing and AP Testing. We are always happy to help our students meet their academic goals and prepare them for their post high school choices.
Mr. William Overgaard, Activities Principal
Students who are involved in extracurricular activities are more likely to succeed in the classroom. Our Athletic and Fine Art Programs have a proven history of success they continually build on. Along with our additional clubs and organizations, students have many different avenues to build camaraderie and strong friendships with their peers. By participating in activities, students will learn dedication, hard work, responsibility, and leadership. These traits will help our students prepare for the challenges that lie ahead.
