About this dashboard
This view represents the percentage and number of students who are on-track for selected year, division, school and term.
Middle School students are identified as on-track by the following calculation:
- End of Semester 1: Students have marks A/B/C/D/F posted to second quarter or first semester. Students have minimum count of six completed courses.
- End of Year: Students have marks A/B/C/D/F posted to fourth quarter or second semester. Students have minimum count of six complete courses. Students have marks A/B/C/D/F posted to second quarter or first semester and marks A/B/C/D/F posted to fourth quarter or second semester. Students have minimum count of twelve complete courses. Complete course is defined as having A/B/C/D mark.
High School students are identified as on-track by the following calculation:
- End of Semester 1: Minimum of 3.0 cumulative credits earned for grade 9, minimum of 8.5 cumulative credits earned for grade 10, minimum of 14.0 cumulative credits earned in grade 11 and a minimum of 19.5 credits earned for grade 12.
- End of Year: Minimum of 5.5 cumulative credits earned at the end of grade 9, minimum of 11.0 cumulative credits earned at the end of grade 10, minimum of 16.5 cumulative credits earned at the end of grade 11 and a minimum of 22.5 cumulative credits earned at the end of grade 12.
Students are reported by latest school of primary enrollment.
